Shipping & Returns
The Racers Group is your source for performance parts and safety equipment for Porsche cars. We operate out of Petaluma, California, and our 20,000 sq. ft. facility houses our pro and club racing teams, corporate offices and parts house.
TRG is partnered with UPS and USPS for shipping and most orders ship next business day. We will attempt to contact customers if issues with shipping occur. Local pickup is available for most parts, please call to check if the part you desire is in stock.
If you have a shipping account, we are willing to use it; however, a charge for the box and packing materials will be added to the invoice.
Special Orders, Freight and Large Items
At The Racers Group we are no stranger to shipping large items across the country. We can find the best solution for shipping bulky or heavy items that cannot ship UPS/ FedEx or USPS. We utilize a few LTL Freight carriers and also Air-cargo. Items that require this type of shipping will be noted on the item. We will then accommodate you with the best shipping. Large, freight and special orders can take up to two weeks to ship.
Return Policy
- 14 days after receiving the item and contact The Racers Group.
- Refund will be given as money back.
- Return shipping to be paid by buyer.
Items may be combined to save on shipping costs but you must contact us first. We size boxes for a single item so the product does not have excessive shift or play that could damage the product in transit. Insurance can be purchased and typically runs $1 per $100 of coverage. We encourage customers to purchase insurance for body parts and other high value items that are fragile in nature.
